Most Engineers and Engineering Students by default have a reasonable idea which if given proper direction can become an innovation. You might have thought of an idea, and felt it could become a commercial project, but never spent time on it and slowly you might even forget the idea. But this note is for those who got an idea and want to bring it out into market as a commercial product. In order to bring out a successful product you need to work on the right idea out of your so many ideas. You need to work at a right scale and right speed. If you are slow some one else can bring a similar product into market and your idea will have no takers. So right idea, with right speed in right direction can become a great innovation.
Right Idea doesn’t Guarantee a Commercial success:
Your idea might be great, but if its not economically feasible it will never turn into a product. Along with your innovative thought how successful it will be depends on strategy, leadership, investment, marketing, branding and also protection of your intellectual property.
